Below are the services and amenities available to all our guests, regardless of the room category chosen.
Conditions
In this section, you will find the general conditions of Hostal 37, designed to ensure a clear and smooth stay. We recommend you to read carefully these conditions, which cover important aspects for your comfort.
Check-in is from 15:00
The standard time for access to the room is from 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability for an additional charge.
Check-out is before 11:00
Standard check-out time is 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability at an additional charge.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Smoking inside the room will incur a penalty to the value of the next night's room rate to cover cleaning charges.
Pets are not allowed
To ensure the comfort and peace of mind of all our guests, pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of persons traveling accompanied by guide dogs.
Quiet hours
The rest of other guests must be respected, avoiding excessive noise. No parties or private events are allowed on the property premises.
Non-transferable reservation
The reservation made is personal and non-transferable. It is not allowed to transfer or modify it in favor of another person without prior authorization from the establishment.
Responsibility for misuse of the room
Any misuse or damage to the room will be charged to the guest's account.
Liability for personal belongings
The hostel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the guest's stay.
Payment Policy
To guarantee the reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. This card will be used exclusively to apply our cancellation policy. Full payment for the stay will be made at the time of check-in, and may be made by cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to check-in or in case of no-show, the first night's room rate will be charged, including any applicable government taxes in force.
*IMPORTANT: The standard cancellation policy is applicable throughout the year. However, for reservations with a check-in date between June 1 and September 1, in case of cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival or no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, including any applicable government tax in force.
The property reserves the right to expel guests in case of inappropriate conduct, behavior that endangers safety or health, or for any other reason related to the well-being of other guests and/or staff. This measure shall apply especially if guests do not follow the instructions provided by the staff, manifest discriminatory attitudes, harass or cause discomfort to other guests and/or members of the establishment's staff. In this case, no reimbursement will be made, neither for services already enjoyed nor for those that remain unused.
